Amenities: 1094 sq. ft. newly built suite (2013) fully furnished, A/C one bdrm, one bathroom, queen size bed.  Access to cot available for additional 3rd party.  Separate private entrance, parking, spacious deck area overlooking our flora and fauna-180 degree view of Skaha Lake.

Location: 10 minutes drive south of Penticton off Hwy 97 in the small residential/agriculture community of Kaleden.  Two blocks from sand and grass Kaleden Beach with 2 tennis courts, change rooms, washroom and large gazebo.  Walking distance to Linden Gardens, Frog City Cafe, Kaleden General Store and Kraze Legz Winery.  5 min. to Kettle Valley Trail for refreshing walking and cycling to Penticton and Okanagan Falls.
