Leonard Nimoy – 1931-2015
In 1966 Leonard Nimoy was cast in his greatest role, the ever logical Spock, aboard the Star Ship USS Enterprise.
While he had an outstanding career outside Star Trek, Leonard Nimoy will always be known as Spock, and he was okay with that. In his own words, Leonard Nimoy had this to say about Spock:
“Spock is definitely one of my best friends. When I put on those ears, it’s not like just another day. When I become Spock, that day becomes something special.”
